Q1. How do you ensure your product and service quality?

All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures. And we have 24 months quality warranty against BL issue date. If the product does not work properly as described, and the problem is proven to be caused by our side, we will provide replacement services for the same specific item. Also, Chinasky staff will always be here for you if anything needed.

Q2. Can I request 1 or 2 pieces of samples for testing before I place a bulk order?

Q3. Can you accept OEM and ODM?

Yes, OEM and ODM are warmly welcome.

Q4. How can I order and make payment?

Once you decide which items and quantities you need , we will send proforma invoice to you. You can pay via TT bank transfer, Western Union, Moneygram, or Paypal as you like！

Q5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Different products have different MOQ .Welcome to place sample order to check the quality before bulk orders. Different quantities are with different prices.
Large qty means low cost. Please don't hesitate to check with us for specific items.

Q6. What is your delivery time?

We can usually deliver the goods between 1 to 15 days. Sample order is usually within 1 week. Bulk order is usually within 2 weeks.

Q7. How to deliver the goods to us?

For big orders, to save cost, we will ship the goods to you by sea. We are in Hangzhou which is between Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port. It is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries. If the order is small, or you need the goods urgently, we can send the goods to you by air or by courier such as TNT, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder.

Our products are mainly exported to the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Netherland, Portugal, France, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Mexico, Colombia, and many other countries and regions.
